Now to get started simply head on over to and go into product you can see they have Freshdesk they have for sales fresh marketer fresh chat and for service. So we’re focusing on fresh sales, which allows you to manage your CRM, it’s a sales CRM, it’s super easy and simple to use. It has been a award winning software for the past couple of years. So to get started, all you have to click on sign up on top right over here. Once you do that, your agency and you can use your email address or Google ID to sign up. I’m going to continue with Google Pay. And I’m just going to continue on over here. So after you ever just load up your CRM now once it does, it will ask you what kind of interested tree are you in so let’s say we are in whatever industry is you can also go into others and if you don’t fit in any of these specific categories, but we’re going to continue on with E commerce as our sample category. Now after that, you can connect your Google applications to your CRM. So you’re using your Google contacts if you have, you know, their business email if you have a Google Calendar, and link all of those up over here. So all of the data is synced up over here as well. So this you will be able to see a navigation panel on the left, where you can see your CRM dashboard, which will provide you a overall pipeline of everything that is happening. It’s like a summary. So you can see let’s say we have email campaign reports. And over here this will show all of the relevant data according to that now, after that you have on your left side you have your contacts and accounts. You have your deals management where you can manage your deals and you can link deals to your contacts and companies as well. Then you have your products you have you documents you have your sales conversations, what analytics and basic settings and Launchpad then on the top right you will be able to see this plus icon where you can add anything so if you’re about to add a new content and new deal and your product, you can add that over here. Then in the section over there you can monitor some of the basic new features or sales has allowed and then you have your basic account settings. Now to get started with fresh sales. The first thing you want to do is begin by adding your contacts so you can go into contacts and accounts section and click on contacts. You can go on ahead and begin importing your contacts from another list. If you already have your contacts can upload a CSV or XLS file over here as well. Or if you have them added to your Google or any other third party application, you can integrate that application as well. So there are two options after that you also have accounts so maybe you have suppliers, you can go ahead and enter the details of that specific business over here as well. For example, if I click on Add Account, so this is maybe the paper supplier or the person you know, so let’s say I’m working with a paper company and I provide them with their product. Then you’re going to add your sales owner so your sales owner is going to be the person that is going to be directly dealing with that specific person specific company. Then you also can customize your fields over here and you can add more fields and more groups as well. But that is how simple and easy it is. You can later on add more details if required, but if not, you can skip them all together. Now after that you can expand a contact like this, it will show you can enter all your basic information, the phone number, all of that subscription status, all of the you know basic information you might want with another business. Then if you go into deals management you will be able to not only monitor your can also have different categories. So you have new deals follow up under View demo, then if you move forward, you have negotiation. You can create more columns as well. And you can go ahead and go into deals. And you can see have recently imported shared with me. So you also have lost deals one deals audio so on and so forth. So and this way you can monitor all of our deals, you can click View. So let’s say this view and this and then you can enter you know specific labels that are cancelled as well. So this is going to help you in monitoring your business revenue. Then after that you also have quotas and forecasting. So this is a feature integrated in the CRM that you can actually add a quota and this is going to be especially helpful if you have a sales team where you want to be able to manage your business in a stable way. You might say, Well, I’m your business. So you can use a code against a team quota. Enter your team and you can enter how long so maybe it’s a quarterly quota they have to meet it maybe it might be monthly or yearly. And let’s say they have to have a deal value of at least $3,000 per month. And that could be the quota and it could be a user quota for this specific user. You can enter all users after that. Save over here. And you can see over here this is going to be the question it will show you how much they have added how much the best case for us is going to be and be committed forecast is going to be according to their previous performance. You can easily analyze your employees or salespeople with this feature as well. Now after that you have a section on what you’re actually selling. So you can enter basic information, your name, category, SKU numbers, and who is the owner of that specific product. So let’s say you have like 100 units of a product and you divided it between your sales team. So maybe each person is selling you know, 30 products or 20 products. So they may have already the SKU number, it’s all going to be the same but you can choose a different URL for that specific product. Now that you have your basic documentation, which you can store on the FreshWorks or freshsales CRM. Then you have basic sales conversations where you can monitor and make as well as phone calls, SMS and voice drops as well. Do to not only do your CRM or sales from FreshWorks, but you also do your direct cold calling or cold emails directly from the CRM as well. Then you have web analytics where you can create forms on your website that will enable you to manage customer satisfaction and customer reviews. So you’re going to be able to upgrade that as well. And so you can assess those customer reviews directly in your CRM and apply policies that would improve that. Now other than that, you have your free FreshWorks information, you can export other products and integrate your entire business on fresh books as well.

We are starting at free so just for basic setups, you don’t have to pay anything.
